Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Trade Gates Direct. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

To cancel, please email us at support@tradegatesdirect.co.uk with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return (optional)

 

Returning your order

To receive a refund:

  • Goods must be returned unused and in original condition
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of cancellation
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked courier service and keeping proof of postage.

 

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5 working days
  • We’ll notify you when your refund has been issued

 

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will:

  • Offer a full refund or replacement
  • Cover the return delivery costs

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos if possible.

 

Custom orders

Made-to-measure or customised gates are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or not made to the agreed specification.

Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
